Streetsmarts is a platform I designed for business owners to manage their Company Pages and strengthen their employer brand on a local level. It is also a fast growing revenue stream for Jobcase.
Team, Roles & Permissions
As a StreetSmarts business owner, I can add members to the team and assign them with different roles:
Learn Manager - responsible for the content of the location page.
Talk Manager - manages the "talk" section of the location page, where potential candidates ask questions about the different job opportunities.
Apply Manager - manages the hiring aspect of the business and incharge of posting jobs and sorting candidates.
Location Admin - have all permissions combined with the capablity of adding team members.
Analytics
Analytics section provides a basic view of the pageviews and impressions of the Location Pages and Job Postings. At this point further drill down is not possible, but in the future this section will provide the ability to perform deeper analysis (demographics etc.)
Candidates
StreetSmarts Candidates empowers SMB owners who don't want or need an expensive and redundant Application Tracking System in place.
Candidates section was designed with SMB owners in mind. Enterprise companies are often connected to robust, sophisticated and pricy ATS services which SMB owners wouldn't and shouldn't pay for. Combining the new chat functionality with the applicant profile, streamlined the communication between employers and candidates by making it quick, direct and unmediated.
