Making Job Search Social
A hire based on personal connection between a current and a potential employee has a higher potential to yield a successful hire.
This is well known among educated professionals who constantly nurture their network. For the Jobcase community, however, networking ends up with family and friends and most job applications are done "cold", without knowing anyone on the inside. I aimed to change that by seeding interaction opportunities within the job search flow and featuring relevant Jobcase members.
